The Naval Academy - Studio for Oriental Dance

The Navel Academy offers a full range of dance education and entertainment services, including lessons for dancers of all ages and skill levels, seminars, choreography, and professional shows for all occasions. The Navel Academy is also home to the largest student body of belly dancers in the Metro-Detroit area, with the only instructor in the state who is certified by the National Association for Teacher Certification in Middle Eastern Dance.

Like Water Drumworks

is a grass roots effort to share and celebrate the joys of music and movement. Drawing heavily upon West African cultures, specifically drumming and dancing, we offer classes, programs, events, instruments and performances related to and celebrating the joys of music and movement. Like Water strives to teach humbly, craft with excellence and perform with respect and pride.

Rainbow Eagle

Rainbow Eagle is an Okla-Choctaw American Indian. He is a Wisdom Keeper, honored with the responsibility of an Ancient Native American Peace Shield. Now that the Seventh Fire of the Anishinabe/Ojibwa traditions has been lit, he is responsible for teaching the traditions of the peace shield.

Taoist Tai Chi

Recognizing the great potential of Taoist Tai Chi to improve health and alleviate suffering our founder, Master Moy Lin-shin, dedicated his life to making Taoist Tai Chi widely available. He established an international non-profit organization focused on helping others - the International Taoist Tai Chi Society. The International Taoist Tai Chi Society is the international umbrella organization for the governance of all Taoist Tai Chi Society associations around the world.
